1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Polyedge (the “Service”), a software tool that ranks active Polymarket prediction markets using quantitative signals. By creating an account, subscribing, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Not Financial Advice
The Service provides heuristic, informational signals for research purposes only. Nothing provided by the Service constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice, a recommendation, or a solicitation to buy, sell, or hold any position. Scores and signals indicate where to look — not what to do. Markets may be wide, stale, or extreme for entirely legitimate reasons. You are solely responsible for your own decisions and for conducting your own research. Prediction-market trading carries significant risk, including the total loss of capital. Past performance of any signal does not guarantee future results.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to use the Service in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service and of any third-party platform it references (including Polymarket) is lawful where you live.
4. Accounts
Authentication is handled by our identity provider. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
5. Subscriptions, Trial & Billing
The Service is offered as a paid subscription at $19.99 per month following a 7-day free trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your payment method will be charged the then- current subscription fee, and the subscription will automatically renew each month until cancelled. Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor (Stripe); we do not store your full card details. You may cancel at any time from your account or payment portal; cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
6. Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which offers a 7-day money-back guarantee on your first paid month. The Refund Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (a) resell, redistribute, scrape, or republish the Service’s data or outputs; (b) reverse engineer, interfere with, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service; (c) use the Service to violate any law or the terms of any third-party platform; or (d) place undue load on the Service or its upstream data sources.
8. Third-Party Data & Services
Market data is sourced from public Polymarket APIs and is provided “as is.” We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Polymarket. Data may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate, and the Service may be unavailable from time to time. We make no guarantee as to the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data or signal.
9. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its software, design, branding, and the Polyedge name and logo, is owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non- exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your personal, internal purposes.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error- free, or secure.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for any trading or investment losses, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
12. AI-Generated Content
The AI Analysis feature uses a third-party large language model to summarize publicly available information about a market. AI output is generated automatically without human review and may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, biased, or fabricated (“hallucinated”). It is provided for informational and research purposes only, is not financial advice or a statement of fact, and must not be relied upon as such. Always verify independently before acting on anything the AI produces.
13. Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect personal information and is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
14. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of [your jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in [your jurisdiction], and you consent to their personal jurisdiction — except where applicable law gives you the right to bring proceedings in your country of residence. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory statutory consumer rights you may have.
15. General
If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
16. Changes to the Service or Terms
We may modify or discontinue the Service, and may update these Terms, at any time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
