1. Free Trial
Every new subscription starts with a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, you pay nothing. You can cancel at any time from your account or payment portal.
2. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are charged at the end of your trial and decide Polyedge isn’t for you, you may request a full refund of that first monthly charge within 7 days of the charge date. Approved refunds are issued in full to your original payment method.
3. How to Request a Refund
Email support@polyedgepro.app from the address associated with your account within the 7-day window. Include the email on your account so we can locate your subscription. Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
4. After the Refund Window
After the 7-day window, monthly subscription fees are non-refundable. You can still cancel at any time to stop future renewals; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial months.
5. Exceptions
We reserve the right to decline refunds in cases of fraud, abuse, or violation of our Terms & Conditions. Where required by applicable consumer-protection law, your statutory rights remain unaffected by this policy.
